Announcing BarCampLjubljana

After many travels and BarCamps around the world, it’s now finally time to settle down and organize one locally. To bring together community not only on weekly afternoon events, but to also make it a more intense idea sharing weekend.

On 17th January 2009, we’re going to have BarCamp in Ljubljana, Slovenia with a very original name BarCampLjubljana. We’re starting with a single-day event. Institut “Jozef Stefan” kindly agreed to host us, with Domenca and Parsek as sponsors.

We’re estimating that there will be place for about 120-150 campers and we’ve also released first batch of 50 tickets. Based on who’s registered for now we should expect some very powerful ideas.

The event is targeted as bilingual with English and Slovenian mixed based on preferences and understanding abilities of campers.
